Authentic Native American peace pipe made from pipestone (catlinite). Stem is made from pine wrapped in buckskin with rainbow morning star beadwork in the center. The bowl of this pipe is a traditional eagle talon style. The eagle claw holding the world (bowl). Comes complete with buckskin wrap.
This is a fully functional pipe made traditional and all by hand.
Total length of pipe is 15.5”, 10.5” stem, 4” bowl. This pipe and stem are made by two enrolled Native American tribal members. The pipestone for this pipe was hand mined at the Pipestone MN quarry.
Traditional stories of pipestone tell how the stone was created out of the blood of our ancestors and when you smoke with the pipe the prayers are sent directly up to the spirits.
Sage blessed with Lakota prayer. Handmade by a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.
This item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity in compliance with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.
